Marissa Nadler born in Washington D.C., but raised in Needham, Massachusetts United States. She is a musician, songwriter, fine artist. Her genres: folk, indie rock, dream pop, ambient, black metal and Americana. Instruments she plays: Guitar, piano and keyboards. She began writing songs when she a was a teenager and she is a self-taught guitarist and she developed a unique style considered as no very conventional. Her voice is also singular since her vocal range lies between the soprano and the contralto voice types (mezzo-soprano). She recorded an album and EP that never were released so her official album was launched in 2004 under the name "Ballads of Living and Dying" and at a later date the second full length studio album released in July 2005. Over the next few years after her first releases we can count eight albums including the one launched in 2019. Among other things we can add about her is that she has self-released albums, EPs, singles, guest appearances, compilation albums and appearances, and she is supposed to be touring this April 2019. Her fans that now can be in every part of the world say they are lucky enough to see her live. They also said to be blown away by the intensity of her stage presence, they add her videos are great, but in real life, she is so much better.? They say they have fallen in love with her due to her amazing and beautiful voice. Here we have "For my crimes" released in 2018 from the album with same name.
